Shipping & Returns
We will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT within 10 days of delivery of purchase.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer store credit or exchange.An original receipt is required for all returns and store credits. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that appear to have been worn, altered, or not in their original condition.
Only regular priced items may be returned; unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Please email us at Dana@shopvillageboutique.com to let us know if you prefer an exchange or store credit.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
If you are shipping an item back, we suggest using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit. Once we receive your items, they will be processed in 1 to 3 business days, at which time you will be issued a store credit.
